Woman who admitted to sex with teen avoids jail after court order
A teen sex worker who admitted to having sex with a 14-year-old girl and told investigators she did it by herself faced a possible 18 months in jail, according to court documents.
Watkins County Youth Court Judge Cynthia Davis sentenced the former “Miss Mott” on Monday to nine months in juvenile detention and one year of probatio룰렛n, according to court records.
The judge found that Watkins was at least 14 at the time the sexual act took place and that Watkins was likely aware of the situation by the time she admitted it in court.
Watkins also faces a felony charge of aggravated lewd and lascivious behavior against a child under 여주안마the age of 16, Davis said, adding that the sex worker will have to register as a sex offender.
Watkins was arrested June 16, three days before her initial court appearance on charges of indecent exposure of a child and indecent battery on a person under the age of 16. The charges against her stem from a June 19 incident in which she offered to pay the girl’s mother $5,000 for oral sex.
In March, the 17-year-old girl’s mother was charged with violating Watkins’ privacy by speaking to local media. The girl’s mother said she has been in touch with Watkins via text and that Watkins is no longer working.
According to the juvenile court record, the girl told investigators that Watkins had sexual intercourse with her on multiple occasions but “never had intercourse with me,” according to the case documents.
Davis said at the time that Watkins was acting “under duress” because the girl’s mother feared she would not show up at court.
“I know this is all disturbing,” said Deputy Police Chief William Siegel. “We are aware that these charges are not new news, we are not sure what we would do with them and we don’t want to use theCDC 철도청 카지노m for publicity.”
Davis also said at the time that she believes there may have been some victims who weren’t aware they had been victims.
Watkins, of the 1300 block of Forestville Road in West Houston, was charged with two counts of indecent exposure of a child and two counts of indecent battery on a person under the age of 16. The county clerk’s office also filed charges against her.
